Add many members at once

In Excel or Google Sheets, put one member per row under a heading row. Columns:
Only First name, Last name and Card (Men or Women) are required. A single Name column also works.
To appoint secretaries, fill in Secretary role (Local, Grand or Administrator) and Secretary for (their auxiliaries, like “Eastern Star, Heroines”; for an Administrator, Men or Women). A Local Secretary is appointed to the unit in their own row. Leave Card blank for a secretary who isn't getting a member card. Leave the rest blank if you don't have them.

Secretaries are appointed. The Grand Secretary of your auxiliary appoints Local Secretaries, and an Administrator appoints Grand Secretaries. Ask them for your secretary code and enter it above.

Each new secretary gets a code to enter the first time they open the app. You can also appoint secretaries in a bulk upload.
